What we collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number and suburb so we can contact you and arrange handover, along with the photos, lists and other information you provide about your LEGO® collection.

If you accept an offer, we'll ask for your bank details by email, never through this website. We use them only to make your payment and delete them once you've been paid.

What we use it for

We use your information to evaluate your collection, send you your offer and related emails, and arrange handover and payment.

That's it. We don't sell your personal information or use or share it for advertising or marketing.

Where it lives

Your evaluation information is stored using Supabase, with the database hosted in Sydney and encrypted at rest. Emails are sent through Resend.

Set names and images come from Brickset, and market values come from BrickLink. Only set numbers are sent to those services, never your name, contact details, photos or other personal information.

How long we keep it

Your photos, collection details, Initial Evaluation & Offer and Final Evaluation are automatically deleted one year after the sale is paid, or after an offer is declined or expires.

Want it deleted sooner? Email contact@thebrickboxaustralia.com and we'll remove it.

You can also contact us at that address if you want to see the personal information we hold about you, correct something that's wrong, or raise a privacy concern.

Your private link

Your evaluation page can only be accessed using the private link we email you. Anyone who has that link can view the page, so please don't post or share it publicly.

If you lose the link, use the Find my evaluation page and we'll send a fresh one to your email address.
